Show.me is a non-profit organisation creating and delivering a roadmap for the introduction of a neuro-scientific approach to the use of touchscreen technology for children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND)
A three step plan to achieve our goals

Making a Difference
Build a community of people and organisations around each child to help us to work together.
Doing What’s Needed
Recommend applications and touch screen tools for use with pupils with complex SEND, along with simple-to-follow instructions.
WHO IS IT FOR?
Show Me is for young people with learning disabilities, delivered by helping the education community around each child:
The wide-scale availability of low cost, intuitive-to-use touchscreen devices and apps for audiences with learning disabilities has created a massive opportunity to enhance their use in special needs education. However, there is a lack of resources for parents and education professionals and collective thinking around which are the best apps, how to use them and for whom. Currently, this knowledge is isolated within individual families, schools and small communities. When combined with continuing developments in special education and exciting progress in understanding brain development, there is a significant opportunity for us all to share knowledge, best practices and the creation and use of results data to help the SEND education community to improve its use of these devices.
